SNP hosts these activities regularly no matter what the topic of focus is for the semester!
Focusing on sustainable shopping through free trade in our academic community, with remaining items donated to our community partners. A great way to reduce clothing waste!
Each fall, SNP rings in the new academic year by hosting a trivia fundraiser at Red's Beer Garden, themed for the semester topic of focus. All money and donated items are given to our chosen beneficiaries!
In an effort to recycle plastic bags and contribute to the wellbeing of our homeless neighbors, SNP turns plastic bags into plastic yarn balls to make durable sleeping mats.
Each year, SNP hosts a guest speaker or panel of speakers to discuss the semester topic, with guests ranging from researchers, policy makers, and healthcare professionals.
