Welcome to SNP!
Neuroscience graduate students at Georgia State University wanted to find a way to use our knowledge and resources to educate and serve our community about important topics that could be tied back to neuroscience research. Thus, Service–Neuroscience–Policy (SNP) Journal Club was born! (Pronounced "snip")

So far, SNP has covered many topics and how they relate to neuroscience, such as food insecurity, mental wellbeing, pollutants and the brain, reproductive health, criminal justice, and sleep. Check out our topics webpage for more!
We have had the opportunity to support local organizations in the Atlanta area—Free99Fridge, Our Giving Garden, Panther's Pantry, West Atlanta Watershed Alliance, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (Georgia chapter), Helping Mamas, Harriet Tubman Women's Clinic, Intown Cares, Flowing with Blessings, Nicholas House, and many more organizations in Atlanta!
Alongside our support for local organizations, we have supported widespread initiatives like the Alzheimer's Association, World Central Kitchen, and Letters to a Pre-Scientist Pen Pal Program.
